The community of Utena University of Applied Sciences stands in solidarity with the people of Ukraine, who are fighting for their right to live in a free, democratic and peaceful country, and strongly condemns the military actions of the Russian Federation against the independent state of Ukraine. In order to contribute to the support of the Ukrainian citizens affected by the war, Utena UAS is committed and ready to accept 20 students from Ukraine from 1 September 2022 and to pay for their studies. 10 students will be able to study in study programme of Information Systems Engineering (ISE) at the Faculty of Business and Technology and 10 students will be able to study Odontological Care (OC) at the Faculty of Medicine. The studies of ISE will be conducted in English, the studies of DT - in Russian.
Expressing its strong condemnation of the actions against the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine, Utena UAS suspends cooperation with the institutions of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus: it does not accept representatives of these countries, and no longer carries out joint research, project, academic, etc. activities. We stand together with the valiant Ukraine and believe in the victory of solidarity and democratic values.

Сообщество Утянского колледжа солидарно с украинским народом, который борется за свое право жить в свободной, демократической и мирной стране, и решительно осуждает военные действия Российской Федерации против независимого государства Украина. Чтобы внести свой вклад в поддержку граждан Украины, пострадавших от войны, Утянский колледж с 2022 года. 1 сентября обязуется и готов принять 20 студентов из Украины и оплатить их обучение за счет Колледжа. 10 студентов смогут изучать инженерию информационных систем на факультете Бизнеса и технологий, а 10 студентов смогут изучать стоматологический уход на Mедицинском факультете. Обучение инженерию информационных систем будет проводиться на английском языкe, стоматологический уход - на русском языке.
Выражая резкое осуждение действий против территориальной целостности и суверенитета Украины, Утенский колледж блокирует сотрудничество с учреждениями Российской Федерации и Республики Беларусь: не принимает представителей этих стран, больше не ведет совместные научные, проектные, академические , так далее. виды деятельности. Мы с Украиной, которая храбро борется, и мы верим в победу ценностей солидарности и демократии.
