New international partner – Newton University in Prague

From February 3 to 7, Dr. Vaida Bartkutė-Norkūnienė of the Faculty of Business and Technology and Lecturer Aušra Lankauskienė participated in the Erasmus+ mixed intensive program "Research and Innovation Week" held at Newton University (Prague, Czech Republic).

Various lectures, workshops, group work, and a European Entrepreneurship Forum were held throughout the week. Participants gathered at Newton University to share their experiences on psychological safety, the integration of artificial intelligence into the study process, and the implementation of sustainable development goals in higher education institutions.

The main event of the international week was the European Entrepreneurship Forum, which brought together 34 speakers from all over the world.

The forum's topic "Smart Education, Smart Business and Smart Life" examined issues of entrepreneurship, sustainability, renewable energy, mobility and smart education. Dr. V. Bartkutė-Norkūnienė delivered a presentation "Digital Transformation and Smart Economy: A Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Method for Assessing the Leadership of Central and Eastern European Countries".
