
On April 7–11, Utena College hosted the Erasmus+ International Week, bringing together the Utena Higher Education Institution community and partners from foreign institutions.
Guests from higher education institutions in Latvia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, the Dominican Republic, the Czech Republic, Turkey, and Jordan came to the Erasmus+ International Week to present their institutions, and the college and faculty administration and lecturers discussed the possibilities of further cooperation.
Two international scientific and practical conferences were held during the week. The Faculty of Business and Technology invited the college community and guests from Lithuania and abroad to the conference "Man and the Environment: Changes, Solutions, Perspectives". The conference topics included a safe and healthy environment, the use of innovative technologies, social responsibility, and other issues that were discussed in the plenary session and in the lecturers' and students' sections.
The Faculty of Medicine organized the scientific-practical conference "Evidence-Based Practice: From Health to Social Welfare" for the fifth time. The conference discussed issues important for an aging society, the practice of applying digitalization, and shared students' practical experience.
International guests gave lectures to students, got acquainted with Utena, and went on an excursion to the Vilnius Old Town and the Museum of Ethnocosmology.
