The journal follows the ethics guidelines and principles for publication discussed in the Rectors' Conference of Lithuanian Universities (Publikavimo etikos gairės, 2019).
The authors are responsible for the fact that the article was written by the named author(s), the material of the article has not been published in other publications, it is not and will not be submitted to another publication, all sources used in the article are cited, that the submitted article does not contain plagiarized and unethical material, the preparation of the article was conflict of interest is avoided.
The journal publishes only original works that have not been published elsewhere before and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Exceptions are given only for new works that significantly expand existing publications. Authors are required to provide information on reuse of material.
The research results presented in the article should be interpreted correctly to avoid any damage to the credibility of the journal.
Unethical publication behavior is also considered to be those cases where one study is deliberately divided into several parts, with the aim of increasing the number of published works in this way.
Each researcher included in the list of authors must have made a significant contribution to the preparation of the manuscript, the authors share collective responsibility and accountability for the results. Any person who has made a significant contribution to the work should be listed as an author. Once a manuscript has been accepted, it is no longer possible to change authorship or order of authors.
When submitting an article(s) to a journal, the author(s) provide the Author(s) Declaration.
Authors of articles published in the journal are guaranteed the copyright, defined in Articles 4 - 37 of the Law on Copyrights and related rights of the Republic of Lithuania.
The reviewer(s) are responsible for ensuring that the review of the articles is carried out objectively, professionally, honestly and impartially. The reviewers ensure the confidentiality of the content of the article, without the consent of the publisher not to discuss the information presented in the article, the declaration of possible or alleged conflicts of interest.
When providing a review, the reviewer provides a clear recommendation to publish or not to publish the article, naming the shortcomings that can be eliminated when the article is proposed for publication, and very clear reasons for the decision when the article is proposed not to be published.
